- Enter your Spectrum username / email and password.
- Confirm the device on your account when prompted.
Common login errors
- RGE-1001 — bad credentials; reset password.
- RLI-9000 — device not on your home network; some channels require in-home Wi-Fi.
- App won't load — clear cache, then reinstall.
