Data accuracy
Live outage counts on this site reflect the volume of reports submitted by users in the previous rolling window. Small local outages that affect only a handful of subscribers may not register above the noise floor, and high-volume regional events may briefly overshoot due to duplicate reporting. When our numbers disagree with Charter's official status page or your Spectrum app, treat Charter's official channels as authoritative for your account.
No emergency use
This site is not an emergency service and must not be relied on for anything safety-critical. If you need emergency communications during an outage, use a phone on a different network to dial 911. If you rely on internet-based medical alert devices, keep your provider's outage-fallback instructions handy and independent of your ISP.
Advertising disclosure
This site is supported by contextual display advertising served through Google AdSense and other vetted ad networks. Ads are labeled and are shown alongside — never inside — outage data. We do not accept sponsored content, "best-of" affiliate listicles, or paid placement from any ISP.
