- Go to spectrum.net and click Sign In.
- Enter your username (or email) and password.
- Complete 2-factor prompt if enabled.
Login problems
- Reset password at spectrum.net/login/forgot-password.
- Locked out after 5 bad attempts — wait 30 minutes.
- If your username isn't recognized, your account may still be under a legacy TWC / Bright House login — call 1-833-267-6094.
